Breastfeeding advisor in Chichester, West Sussex

Testimonials.

"Finding Clare was an absolute lifesaver. My husband and I phoned after a really difficult NHS visit regarding our baby's weight. Clare responded immediately by offering a home visit. I was reassured, affirmed and Clare provided fantastic breastfeeding advice. Our baby gained 60g overnight. At a time when I was vulnerable, highly emotional and felt like giving up Clare enabled me to keep persisting. Thank you Clare!"

"I'm happy with her progress and have just come to terms with the fact that she's not going to be a mega hungry baby like her sister! Thank you for your help."

"It is difficult to summarise how important Clare's help has been for me. When I was having problems she gave me sound advice that immediately resolved the matter. More than anything she gave me confidence to continue in difficult circumstances. When I encountered further problems she came out on a Sunday and correctly diagnosed the issue....."

"I didn't think it would be possible to transition my 6 week old little girl from drinking my expressed milk from a bottle to drinking direct from my breast, but Clare helped make it happen. It was also great to have her words of encouragement and advice after our initial consultation. I'm very grateful for Clare's help and support. Many thanks, Lina"

"I do wish I had seen you much earlier when I first started having problems in week 6. I could have established a much better latch and I think then all the additional pumping would have help build my supply up and made life a lot easier later on. Having you observe a feed helped my confidence too and advice on pumping as again, I wanted the re-assurance I was doing it right. I also had a big hang up on the fact I never leaked and you said you never leaked with all 3 of yours so that put my hang up to rest too."

"The bottom line is I was at rock bottom emotionally and physically and so desperately wanted to be able breast feed Ben. To have given up at 3 months would have been devastating to my self confidence and I would have felt like I'd have failed Ben. Your visit gave me re-assurance, confidence and hope that I could continue and I have. We are almost at 5 months now and my goal of 6 months is now very do-able. I'd love to be able to carry on a bit longer and who knows, I might just be able to."
